I'm so psyched. Another 3 lbs gone! I know I won't continue to lose at this rate but it sure is a nice start.

Congratulations, what a wonderful weight loss on your second week! You have motivated me to start again (I have to lose 20 lbs to get back to where I was before Mom went into the hospital and I had surgery!)I am starting the Biggest Lower 30 Day Jumpstart tomorrow, it looks like a good meal plan, 1500 calories a day and each day has an exercise plan (good for beginners!)
Good for you. I'm glad that I can be an inspiration of some sort :) I need a little more exercise. Once we turn the clocks ahead and it warms up, I'll be taking more walks. Maybe by Amanda's wedding we will be 10 lbs lighter.
You are well on your way to that reaching 10 lbs. If you keep it up at the rate you are going you will have another 9 lbs gone by the Wedding for a total of 15 lbs!! That is one dress size!!
I definitely need to get back on track as I threw away all my "big" pants when I lost the 50 lbs. Now I'm squeezing into what I was wearing in October and it's not really comfortable and I refuse to buy anything new in a bigger size!
I went grocery shopping for my new healthy eating plan and I will say that eating well is very expensive, I bought tons of fresh produce, some frozen fruit and veggies, pork tenderloin, ground turkey, shrimp, yogurt, legumes etc, etc. Not even buying the junk food (except for Klondikes for Marlin!) it was over $150.00! Yikes!! But still cheaper than spending $100 on Jenny food and then another $100 on fruit, veggies and food for the rest of the family so I guess I'm ahead!
